Presentation by Ted Reuschel, coordinator of the Big Tree Register. He graduated with a Forestry degree from Michigan Tech in Houghton and went on to a career with the Michigan Dept. of Natural Resources..  Upon retiring he was invited to take the position with MBC to oversee the Big Tree Register.

His program will explain what constitutes a “big” tree. How are they measured and scored? Not all trees are equal,  so the discussion will cover species variety.
